Our Mobile App has a new version available! Please scroll down for links at the bottom of this page, or visit the App Store on your device and search 'VNBT' or 'Ventura National Bank & Trust' to locate the new version of the app, then click update. If you have auto-updates enabled on your phone, the new version should automatically install. Your login information has not changed. Please call us at (866) 551-2266 for help. Thank you! 
 
Here are instructions for adding our Mobile Banking App to your mobile devices:

  • Enroll in New Online Banking. Click here for more info (if you are already enrolled, go to step 2).
  • Search Ventura National Bank & Trust in your App Store (Apple and Google are both available, see links below). Download this  App to your phone or tablet.
  • Sign in with your Online Banking Username and Password. 
  • You can view balances, make transfers between internal accounts (Checking, Savings, Loan Payments), move money from/to external accounts you've added in Online Banking, send money to friends and family, and more.
  • To deposit Checks via the Mobile App:
    •   Tap the blue plus sign at the bottom of your screen, then tap Mobile Deposit.
    •  Select the account you would like to deposit to.
    •  Read and check off the 5 bulleted instructions (you may have to scroll down to check all). If it's your first deposit, also accept the Mobile Deposit Terms & Conditions.
    •  Check Endorsement:
    • For personal accounts, endorse the back of the check by signing your name and writing “For Ventura National Bank & Trust Mobile Deposit only” or "For VNBT Mobile Deposit only."
    • For businesses, please endorse the back of the check using the following information:

      [Business Name]
      [Authorized Signature], [title]
      For VNBT Mobile Deposit only

      The business name should match the name on your account, and the endorsement must be written clearly within the endorsement section on the back of the check.

    • Checks that are not properly endorsed may be rejected or returned. After depositing a check through Online or Mobile Banking, confirm the deposit has been successfully submitted before discarding the check.

    • Please retain the original check for your records for at least 30 days before securely discarding.
