Q: What's new in Online Banking?

VNBT has changed our name to Ventura National Bank & Trust. We are still the same bank you trust, only our name has changed. 

Our Mobile App has a new version available! Please visit the App Store on your device and search 'VNBT' or 'Ventura National Bank & Trust' to locate the new version of the app, then click update. If you have auto-updates enabled on your phone, the new version should automatically install. Your login information has not changed. Please call us at 866-551-2266 for help. Thank you! 

Our intuitive Online Banking system now offers more robust solutions that better meet your banking needs. Features include:

  • Link your external accounts.
  • Transfer money to and from your external accounts at other institutions.
  • Send money to friends and family.
  • ACH transfers directly from Online Banking. Wire Transfers coming soon!
  • Consumer and Business Bill Pay.
  • Savings and Sweep Tools.
Some of these features are available right away, and others will continue to roll out during 2026.

Q: How do I Enroll?
 
  • Step 1: Click on Login/Enroll on the homepage at www.vnbt.bank
  • Step 2: Click Enroll and create your new Online Banking login credentials using your account number, SSN and DOB. Read and accept new Terms & Conditions and Electronic Agreement, and select eStatements.
    • Select a new username and password. 
    • There is also a New Mobile App available! Please visit the Mobile App page of our website for download instructions. Your login information will be the same as the username and password you created in Online Banking.
  • Step 3: Going forward, the best way to log in to Online Banking will be directly from our website at www.vnbt.bank. It will take you to our secure Online Banking portal.

Q: What if I need login help?

After you've enrolled in the new system, you can click on Need Login Help? on your Online Banking login page. You can recover a password or username from there.
